Job summary

Automators GmbH is seeking an experienced Tricentis Tosca expert to join as an external freelance consultant. You will own test automation architecture and implement solutions for enterprise customers, taking charge from architecture decisions to hands-on delivery.

The role is fully remote, based in Germany, as a freelance engagement not an Automators employee. You will work on customer engagements, collaborating with agile teams and stakeholders, with potential project extensions for the right

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on Tosca in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of test automation strategy and CI/CD integration.
• Independent external consultant on customer engagements.
• Excellent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own test automation architecture and implementation on customer projects using Tricentis Tosca.
• Advise customers on best practices for scaling test automation across large, complex landscapes.
• Design test cases from customer requirements such as user stories and business processes.
• Lead the setup and configuration of Tosca environments, including integrations (SAP, Salesforce, APIs).
• Work closely with developers and business analysts in agile teams or a test center.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
