Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials, and appeals
  • Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments
  • Prepare and present persuasive legal arguments in court
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to gather evidence and build strong cases
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and paralegals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar membership and in good standing
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience as a trial attorney (Family Law), with a proven track record of success in high‑stakes litigation
