Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of civil litigation experience.
• First-chair experience in at least 10 jury trials and 5 bench trials to verdict in California.
• Strong knowledge of the California Evidence Code and civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through trial and verdict.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Conduct jury selection and try cases to verdict.
