Job summary

Groen Strokoff O'Neill, LLC seeks a Senior Trial Attorney with 5–10 years of serious injury litigation experience to handle catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The candidate must be licensed in PA (NJ also preferred) and capable of handling discovery, depositions, and complex legal writing, both independently and in support of partners, across multiple offices. A collegial environment and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in PA; NJ license preferred.
• 5–10+ years' catastrophic personal injury experience (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail; able to manage discovery, writing and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Handle catastrophic injury matters, including discovery, legal writing and depositions.
• Support partners on high-value cases in PA and NJ.
• Manage cases independently and in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Catastrophic injury boutique with offices in Conshohocken, Philadelphia, Camp Hill and Medford, NJ, seeks a Senior Trial Attorney with 5-10 years of serious injury litigation experience. Applicants from plaintiff and defensefirms will be considered.

The candidate should be comfortable handling a variety of catastrophic injury,medical malpractice, and nursing home cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, individually and in support of partners.
