Job summary

Career Consulting Partners is seeking a Senior Associate Trial Attorney for a boutique civil defense firm in Woodland Hills, CA. You’ll independently manage complex, high-exposure matters and act as lead or co-counsel on contested cases, handling insurance defense, personal injury defense, construction defect, employment, and business disputes.

The role requires 10–15 years of civil litigation experience, strong trial capabilities, and active California Bar membership.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense, personal injury defense, or complex civil litigation.
• First-chair or significant second-chair trial experience preferred.
• Record of managing complex matters from inception through trial or resolution.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $200,000–$300,000, based on experience and qualifications
