Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Construction Consultant – Trenchless Services to lead design and field services for trenchless projects. You will oversee construction activities, perform constructability reviews, manage schedules, costs, and safety, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in construction planning/management, with proficiency in Procore/Prolog/Primavera/Bluebeam and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in construction planning and management.
• Experience with MS Office and CM software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction oversight for trenchless installations.
• Conduct constructability reviews of trenchless engineering efforts.
• Review and manage deliverables for trenchless construction activities.
• Coordinate site visits during preliminary engineering.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling and quality control.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor interactions.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and reporting.
