Job summary

Choice Bank is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead architecture and delivery of treasury, reconciliation, settlement, and BaaS financial operations initiatives. This role partners with Finance, Treasury, and Operations to design scalable, compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in finance/banking architecture, deep knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and AI-enabled automation to transform processes while balancing risk and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, reconciliation, or enterprise solution architecture.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders and lead technology-driven transformation.
• Expertise in enterprise application architecture, APIs, integration, cloud, databases, and data platforms.
• Experience guiding engineering teams through architecture, development, and deployment.
• Experience applying AI, automation, and analytics in business solutions.
• Knowledge of ACH, wires, checks, settlement, cash management, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of complex treasury, reconciliation, settlement, accounting, and BaaS financial operations initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Operations stakeholders.
• Drive business process transformation through technology modernization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead solution design across applications, APIs, integrations, enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and data architectures.
• Guide engineering teams through solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design scalable solutions supporting reconciliation, settlement, cash management, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Balance business objectives, operational risks, technical complexity, and long-term architecture strategy.
