Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a risk management professional to oversee treasury and fraud risks, coordinate audits, and support regulatory inquiries. You will synthesize risk issues across products and collaborate with treasury and product teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, treasury management, or similar in financial services/banking
• Understanding of banking products and treasury or commercial products preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage risk across treasury receivables and fraud products
• Coordinate content, synthesize issues, and help develop product risk management
• Assist with audits, examinations, regulatory inquiries, and investigations
• Evaluate audit findings and help implement corrective actions
• Partner with product managers to mitigate risks and communicate risk
• Lead client risk escalations and remediation efforts
• Provide feedback to Risk Management Leaders and stakeholders
• Support risk governance through KPIs, reporting, and cross-functional forums
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Collaborate with analytics and technology teams on process enhancements
• Foster relationships with business development, operations, compliance, and risk teams
• Share risk framework understanding across Commercial Bank peers
