A leading construction firm in Boston is seeking a Senior Manager for Treasury to oversee daily cash operations and liquidity reporting. This role requires over 10 years of progressive corporate finance experience, a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, and strong Excel skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $215,000 with generous benefits including health insurance and a 401(K) match. Hybrid work options are also available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate finance/treasury experience.
• CTP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash operations and ensure timely liquidity reporting.
• Oversee company’s daily cash position and optimize borrowing activities.
• Support month-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Skills

Expert-level Excel skills

Strong understanding of banking products

Ability to interpret and manage complex financial transactions

Experience with ESOP

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
