Job summary

Notion is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead our global treasury operations across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. You will own liquidity planning, capital structure actions, and banking relationships while implementing robust controls and treasury technology.

You will guide cash flow forecasting, drive strategic investments, and partner with accounting, tax, and other finance teams to ensure timely financial reporting and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
• Strong understanding of global treasury operations, cash management, and financial markets.
• Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms.
• Excellence in financial modeling and analysis.
• Multinational experience dealing with foreign currency.
• Proven success in building a function and creation of new processes and policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all financial reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables are met timely
• Partner with accounting, tax, and other finance teams on treasury-related matters

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced strategic Senior Treasury Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Notion's global treasury operations, cash management, forecasting, investments, and banking relationships. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $230,000 per year.
