Job summary

You will partner with the CFO on liquidity, capital allocation, risk management, and integration of treasury policies, SOX controls, and treasury systems, while delivering timely reporting to executives and the Audit Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of finance/treasury experience.
• MBA preferred with senior treasury leadership background.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting and capital management.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable treasury strategy aligned with Halozyme goals.
• Forecast cash, royalties, milestones, and capex timing.
• Oversee bank administration, controls, and SOX compliance.
• Lead debt capacity analysis and financing options.
• Model valuation for potential M&A and licensing deals.
