Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Sr. Treasury Services Representative to independently analyze and resolve accounts and payments, ensuring accurate daily receipts. You will identify issues, perform cash postings, and report cash activity to management as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include daily cash reconciliations, bank deposits processing, and using PeopleSoft and other systems to generate reports. Strong organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 1-3 years related experience.
• Proficiency with PCs and MS Office.
• Excellent organization, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash and Accounts Payable Reporting.
• Payroll / Accounts payable check printing and distribution.
• Stop Payments, Global payments and ACH Transfers.
• Check/ ACH investigation and other research requested by departments.
• Review and process point web transactions and bank deposits daily.
