Description du poste

Role overview

Figure is hiring a Senior Treasury and FinOps Analyst to support treasury and financial operations across a complex, multi-entity environment. The core work is daily cash and digital asset visibility, liquidity management, loan sale funding operations, and reporting. The role requires 3-5 years of financial services experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations, and the working hours must cover Eastern Standard Time. The base compensation range is 97,750 to 132,250 dollars per year, with a 25% annual bonus target and RSUs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to ensure total liquidity visibility, supporting short-term actions and longer-range forecasting
  • Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity across all operating accounts
  • Perform daily cash positioning to ensure compliance with liquidity requirements for funding, vendor payments, and operational processes
  • Execute cash movements, including wires, ACH transfers, and internal account allocations, adhering to approval protocols and SOX controls
  • Manage funding operations for loan sales while ensuring strict compliance with legal agreements
  • Support vendor payment processing, including wire initiation, callback confirmations, and oversight of wire templates
  • Collaborate with the Accounting department on month-end close processes related to funding and sale activities
  • Own and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by legal agreements
  • Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Legal teams to streamline cross-functional data collection and resolve outstanding financial queries
  • Reconcile loan and collateral data to ensure accuracy across internal systems and blockchain records
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations
  • Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
  • Experience maintaining treasury management software or complex ERP systems is highly preferred, especially Kyriba
  • Experience with cash forecasting is highly preferred
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to pick up new platforms such as Tableau and SQL
  • Transparent communication and strong relationship-building skills for cross-functional work
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Application conditions
  • Remote role with the location listed as Remote; working hours must cover Eastern Standard Time, which is a hard collaboration condition
  • Figure will not sponsor work visas for this position, and hires must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • The compensation range is a United States range, and actual compensation varies with experience, skills, location, and internal equity
Preferred qualifications
  • Mor or real estate lending experience
  • Experience with warehouse lines, securitizations, or investor reporting
Compensation and benefits
  • Base compensation range 97,750 to 132,250 dollars per year, 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly, plus company equity in the form of RSUs
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and dependents on select plans
  • Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, 401(k), and commuter benefits
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance, 11 observed holidays and a PTO plan, up to 12 weeks of paid family leave, and continuing education reimbursement
What this role focuses on
  • This is a daily-close treasury operations role: cash positioning, loan sale funding, and vendor payments must all close every day
  • It is a blockchain-native company treasury role: traditional treasury skills such as SOX controls, ERP systems, and cash forecasting sit alongside reconciling loan and collateral data against blockchain records
  • Eastern Standard Time is a hard condition, and the no-visa-sponsorship rule is a hard eligibility line: both should be checked before applying
Application preparation (editorial suggestions)
  • Prepare funding operations examples: daily cash positioning, loan sale funding operations, and vendor payment processing, with SOX control practices
  • Confirm the ability to work Eastern Standard Time long term, and describe past cross-time-zone collaboration experience
  • Confirm visa policy first: the source states Figure will not sponsor work visas for this position
  • Ask about salary positioning within the range: the source notes most offers are generally made within the middle of the range

Source job listing. Remote does not imply worldwide eligibility; confirm residency, time zone, language and work authorization on the original page.

  • Reconcile loan and collateral data to ensure accuracy across internal systems and blockchain records
  • Continuously improve existing workflows to increase the scalability and efficiency of our financial operations
  • Contribute to the company’s capital raising initiatives, including debt financings

What We Look For

  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations
  • Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
  • Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred (especially experience with Kyriba)
  • Experience with cash forecasting highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to pick up new platforms such as Tableau and SQL
  • Transparent communication and strong relationship-building skills to effectively work with cross-functional partners
  • Proven organization skills and the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the analytical skills needed to work with limited direction
  • Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment where you are often building processes from scratch
  • Curiosity and drive to learn about blockchain and help out where needed
  • Positive attitude, great team player, and interest in mentoring others
  • Mor or real estate lending experience is a big plus
  • Experience with warehouse lines, securitizations, or investor reporting
  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
