Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst in San Francisco to lead debt/covenant reporting, hedge settlements, and banking relationships. You will forecast debt costs and support structured financing transactions in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role requires 5+ years in treasury or related functions, strong Excel/modeling skills, and comfort with ISDA documentation and cross-border treasury operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or related function.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with debt facilities, covenant compliance.
• Familiarity with derivatives and ISDA documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring debt and covenant reporting and trackers.
• Administer debt service across debt and lease portfolios.
• Settle and reconcile interest rate hedges.
• Maintain hedge docs and regulatory trade reporting (ISDAs).
• Monitor hedge coverage and exposure across debt and data center power.
• Manage letters of credit and cash deposits.
• Support closing and administration of structured financing transactions.
• Support intercompany funding and monthly subsidiary loan reviews.
• Prepare KYC/AML docs for financing and insurance counterparties.
• Build Lambda's debt forecast and cash flow inputs.
• Prepare materials for Treasury leadership and Capital Markets.
• Contribute across other Treasury workstreams.
