Qualifications

• Degree preferred but can be substituted with experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• 10+ years in concrete-related construction experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills; Timberline/Cost Reporting and PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project team per policies and contracts.
• Evaluate and comprehend contract documents.
• Assist with subcontractor/GC/owner billing management.
• Prepare correspondence for pending items and logs.
• Support profit, time, quality, and customer satisfaction across projects.
• Support relationships with owner, project team, designer, client.
• Assist development and execution of change orders.
• Manage material procurement with project team.
• Closeout assigned projects.
