Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Senior Superintendent to provide leadership and technical expertise for large-scale commercial construction projects valued at $50M and above in Charlotte, NC. This on-site role oversees all field operations and coordinates MEP systems.

You will manage multiple subcontractors, enforce OSHA safety standards, review RFIs and submittals, and work with the Project Manager to maintain the master schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in high-value commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50,000,000+.
• Proven track record from ground-break to close-out.
• Ability to lead field operations and manage multiple subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct onsite field personnel and subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Coordinate MEP trades and ensure schedule adherence.
• Review RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain master schedule and project budget with PM.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with MEP trades.
