Job summary

RTX is seeking a Travel Risk Manager to lead global travel risk assessments, advisories, and safety briefings for our remote US teams. The role supports TVA, IRP, and BRCM preparedness across regions and business units.

You will monitor events, coordinate traveler tracking and communications, and help develop BIA/BCP for travel disruptions. A secret DoD clearance and US citizenship are required, with experience in risk intel and mass notification tools.

Qualifications

• University degree plus 2 years' experience, or 6 years with no degree.
• Must obtain and maintain a secret DoD clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security access.
• Experience with travel-security standards and training.
• Experience with risk intelligence platforms such as International SOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support global travel risk assessments and traveler safety briefings.
• Monitor global events and coordinate traveler tracking and advisories.
• Support TVA, IRP, and BRCM preparedness processes.
• Assist with BIA and BCP development for travel disruptions.
• Coordinate governance reviews and compliance activities tied to travel risk and BRCM.
• Launch and train teams on mass notification tools.
