Northern Clearing Inc. is seeking a Civil Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, and grading on solar, BESS, and substation projects across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have OSHA safety compliance knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors and field operations with 15+ years of experience in this role. Travel across the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site civil construction projects.
• Ability to read environmental permits and drawings.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Experience with earthwork, grading, and mass excavation.
• Familiarity with Trimble and drone data workflows.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and field operations.
