Job summary

Brex is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Brex Travel, the integrated travel experience. You will lead discovery, booking, trip organization, and payments, interfacing with Card and Expense Management. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, and GTM to drive adoption and bookings.

You’ll apply AI to reduce traveler and administrator effort, align cross-functional teams, and enhance reliability and volume across the travel product.

Qualifications

• End-to-end product ownership experience.
• Experience in travel, online booking, marketplaces.
• Strong customer judgment and backend systems knowledge.
• Experience building on partner/platform/inventory/servicing infrastructure.
• Quantitative ownership of adoption, bookings, volume, or conversions.
• Fluency in servicing, payments, reconciliation, reliability.
• Practical judgment on how AI can reduce effort.
• Travel product experience preferred or related marketplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Brex Travel experience.
• Build the journey across discovery, booking, trip organization, group travel, servicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Connect Travel with Brex Card and Expense Management so booking context flows through payment and accounting.
• Turn partner technology, inventory, and servicing capabilities into a differentiated Brex product.
• Own adoption, repeat usage, bookings, travel volume, conversion, and reliability.
• Improve payment, change, disruption, and support workflows for travelers and administrators.
• Use AI across planning, booking, trip management, servicing, and reconciliation to remove work.
• Align Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success around outcomes.
