Qualifications

• 5+ years in Travel & Expense, AP, or related finance operations.
• Strong understanding of expense management and reimbursement workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own travel and expense operations from end to end, including reviews and approvals.
• Manage reimbursements within SLAs and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead system administration, configuration, testing, and optimization for travel/expense tools.
• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to align processes with controls.
• Support accounts payable activities, vendor onboarding, reconciliations, and close processes.
