Job summary

Transportation Security Administration, part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, seeks Supervisory Transportation Security Officers to lead screening operations at Roberts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of specialized experience supervising transportation-security operations.
• Leadership experience of at least six months overseeing workloads and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Transportation Security Officers and Lead Transportation Security Officers.
• Oversee passenger and baggage screening operations.
• Assign work, set priorities and coordinate staff rotations and coverage.
• Make security-based decisions using TSA procedures and judgment.
• Review performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders and TSA leadership when required.
