• Assign work, establish priorities, and coordinate rotations and coverage.
• Make security-based decisions using TSA procedures and operational information.
• Review performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Approve leave and address routine workplace concerns.
• Respond to security incidents, disruptions, and emergencies.
• Prepare operational briefings, logs, incident reports, and communications.
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders, law-enforcement, and TSA leadership.
• Recommend improvements to procedures, staffing plans, and operations.
