Job summary

Transportation Security Administration in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking Supervisory Transportation Security Officers to lead screening teams across passenger and baggage operations. Qualifications

• At least one year of specialized experience supervising transportation-security operations.
• At least six months of experience as a work leader, team leader, or supervisor.
• Eligibility considerations for current TSA employees may apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Transportation Security Officers and Lead Transportation Security Officers
• Oversee passenger, carry-on baggage, checked baggage, or cargo-screening operations
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders and TSA leadership as required
• Prepare operational briefings and incident reports
• Review employee performance and provide coaching and feedback
