• Review employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Approve leave and address routine workplace concerns.
• Respond to security incidents, disruptions, and emergencies.
• Prepare operational briefings, logs, incident reports, and management communications.
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders, law-enforcement and TSA leadership as needed.
• Recommend improvements to screening procedures and staffing plans.
