Qualifying experience includes high school diploma or GED, plus one year of security/aviation screener/X-ray experience, plus one year as a D-band level or higher teaching/training, and six months of specialized instructional experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience/education requirements: A high school diploma, or GED; HiSET; or TASC high school equivalency certificate; OR At least one year of full-time work experience in security work, aviation screener work, or X-ray technician work.
• AND At least one calendar year of experience functioning as a TSO equivalent at the D band level or above AND Six months of specialized experience equivalent to the D band level or above which included instructional methods to provide formal training or to teach others in prescribed or designated subjects or areas.
