Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex transportation projects. This role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee project teams, and contribute to strategic initiatives in Benesch's expanding Colorado division.

The position offers flexibility within the Western Slope area, with compensation ranging from $135,000 to $180,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in transportation projects.
• Experience with CDOT and/or Western Slope local agency is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project delivery and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and resources for multiple projects.
• Develop junior staff during design and construction phases.
