Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager Engineering to lead multi-discipline teams through the full project lifecycle in Louisville, KY. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver complex transportation projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a related field, 10 years of experience with 5+ in PM, and strong MS Office and project management software skills. HDR values employee-owners and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years related experience with at least 5 years in project management.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and estimating/scheduling software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate multi-discipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Lead large or complex projects with active client relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate staffing, track finances, and perform weekly project reviews with leadership.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior project managers.
• Engage with marketing, design, production meetings and contract discussions.
