WSP USA in Salt Lake City seeks a Sr. Transportation Project Manager to lead civil transportation projects within our local transportation team.

You will oversee delivery, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to meet client objectives and quality standards. Join a growing practice with opportunities to mentor staff, collaborate with engineers across regions, and pursue new business with municipal and state clients in Utah and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in transportation engineering & civil design.
• Professional Engineer license (multi-state preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction laws, codes, and QA/QC processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of transportation projects and project teams in the SW Mountain District.
• Oversee project budgets, risk management, and QA/QC plans.
• Mentor staff and contribute to professional development.
• Engage with clients and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality deliverables.
