Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for transportation engineering projects.
- Lead and mentor a project team of engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Prepare project proposals, scopes, and cost estimates.
- Manage budgets, schedules, bids, and contracts.
- Coordinate design, construction, and project implementation activities.
