Job summary

French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Camden, NJ is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Highway & Traffic Department. You will lead the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects, including highway reconstruction, safety improvements, and complete streets initiatives.

This leadership role requires strong technical and project management skills, client relationship management, and business development experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license; NJ preferred or reciprocity.
  • 12+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
  • Experience managing roadway/traffic/highway projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transportation engineering projects for local to federal agencies.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and performance.
  • Oversee design plans, specs, cost estimates, and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, agencies, utilities, and stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal development and business development efforts.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff.
