The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in transportation planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Responsibilities include leading analyses, developing methodologies, and engaging with clients to enhance ERM's capabilities.

• 6+ years of progressive experience in transportation planning/engineering for major projects.
• Strong expertise in U.S. transportation standards and frameworks.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation analyses for U.S.-based projects.
• Deliver Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA).
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team culture.
