Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience supervising employees.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in terminal operations, liquid bulk handling, transportation, or fleet management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations and transportation activities.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and assets are maintained and utilized effectively.
• Develop operational plans and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, carriers, and customers to ensure reliable service.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations employees and drivers.
• Manage transportation resources and delivery performance.
