The ideal candidate will manage cases from inception to trial, draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and mentor junior associates while maintaining strict client communication and deadlines.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• 3+ years transportation litigation experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience handling discovery for complex matters with evidentiary objections.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Independently manage cases through all litigation stages from inception to trial.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor ("J.D.") degree is required.
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of California.
• 3+ years of transportation litigation experience preferred.
