A nationally recognized engineering firm is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to support transportation roadway and street projects in various locations, including Pontiac, IL. The role involves engineering, project support, and quality control for local and national clients. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a Professional Engineering license in Illinois. Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of transportation project experience.
• Experience with IDOT, County, and Local Agency projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and provide QA/QC for transportation projects.
• Develop and mentor engineering staff.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and maintain client relations.
