As we embark on the incredible opportunity to expand our footprint, we are seeking an experienced engineer to elevate our team to new heights. Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for transportation‑related projects including urban and rural highways, interchanges, and municipal roadways.
In this influential role, you will spread technical excellence, serving as the lead engineer and trusted advisor on intricate projects. Your responsibilities will extend to providing high‑level technical design, overseeing quality assurance/control, and managing projects with a keen eye on scope, schedule, and budget. You will not only review contracts and champion efficiency in producing top‑notch work but will also curate technical resources, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. There will also be opportunity to provide guidance to less experienced staff, contribute to team building, and engage in client relations.
