Job summary

Position: Senior Transportation Driver, Per Diem

Hours: 5-25 hours per week on a per diem basis.

Salary: $21.00-$26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Description: The Township of Livingston is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Driver, Per Diem who will be responsible for providing senior and disabled residents with safe and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a van or bus safely and in compliance with safety and regulatory protocols.
• Manage vehicles in varying road, traffic, and weather conditions.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and in good working order.
• Provide first-class customer service.
• Physically assist senior citizen passengers in and out of the bus as needed.

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school with a minimum of six months of experience driving bus, van, etc. and transporting passengers.

Special Requirements
