The role prioritizes orders based on customer demand and coordinates with dispatch to select optimal transport methods and routes. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing to meet customer needs and maintain satisfaction and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating transportation and order fulfillment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple orders and routes.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain delivery routes and schedules.
• Configure ship via and route group assignments for orders.
• Maintain CCDGs and align with service expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for ValueLink account administration.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to improve service levels.
• Monitor order flow for accurate routing and delivery execution.
• Resolve order, routing and account discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement for efficiency and quality.
• Cross-train for Pick Planning and provide backup coverage.
• Guide and assist less experienced team members.
