Job summary

Axyde Analytics seeks a senior reviewer for a USTDA proposal, conducting independent technical reviews of port and aviation feasibility studies. The role focuses on concise assessments, TOR compliance, and materiality judgments to support acceptance and invoicing decisions.

Assignments are contingent on award and scope, with potential intermittent arrivals and up to five travel days. This is a reviewer/decision-support engagement, not primary production work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transportation regulatory, infrastructure legal, or institutional advisory experience.
• Experience with airports or ports and analytical review.

Responsibilities

• Review sector authority, permits, safety and security regulations, procurement, concessions, tariffs, land/rights, and institutional accountability.
• Prepare a defensible 3–5 page Task Report within nine business days; coordinate via email and SharePoint as needed.
