Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing environmental permitting and planning projects for energy infrastructure.
• Ability to lead and guide project teams and work independently.
• Strong client engagement, proposal development, and pricing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with regulators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for siting and environmental permitting for energy projects.
• Manage routing and siting studies, analyses, and technical reports.
• Provide oversight for environmental permitting across project phases.
• Develop public involvement programs including open houses and hearings.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and company policies.
