Job summary

Electrical Consultants, Inc. (ECI) invites applications for a Transmission Project Manager in Maitland, FL.

The role entails overseeing the conceptual, preliminary and final design of transmission lines, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, scheduling, planning and execution. The successful candidate will manage project teams of engineers and drafters, coordinating with subject matter experts across disciplines to ensure quality, safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience?
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of transmission engineering principals and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual, preliminary and final detailed design of new/upgraded transmission lines.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of projects.
• Coordinate with disciplines such as Substation Eng, Transmission Studies, Civil Eng, and ROW/Permitting.
• Mentor and train project team staff and serve as main client interface.
