Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5 years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge in project management, techniques, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: cultivate client relationships and identify new sales opportunities; lead proposal development, scoping, budgeting and scheduling.
• Project Execution: manage full lifecycle of transmission planning projects including scope, schedule, budget, quality and client communication.
• Leadership & Mentorship: train and mentor junior staff and champion internal initiatives for growth and technical excellence.
• Technical Responsibilities: perform advanced transmission planning studies and apply regulatory standards to ensure compliant planning.
