Job summary
WSP in the U.S. is looking for a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including either remote work or office presence in the Southeast region. Applicants should have over 10 years of experience in the electrical transmission industry and possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
The successful candidate will lead engineering projects for high-voltage transmission lines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while coordinating effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the electrical transmission industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the engineering of transmission projects up to 765 kV.
- Manage project schedules and oversee engineering deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain project communication.
