The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and a Professional Engineer license. Flexible work arrangements are offered, allowing options for remote work or office presence across various locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical transmission design for capital projects.
• Understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.
• Experience in managing project scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design and delivery of transmission line projects.
• Maintain project schedules and facilitate client communication.
• Support recruitment efforts and resource forecasting.
