A leading engineering firm is seeking a Transmission Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED) Lead to support power delivery projects. This role involves managing technical aspects of proposals and projects, focusing on risk analysis, resource planning, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in transmission design, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position based in the United States with a competitive salary range of $160,090 - $228,700.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in transmission design.
• Experience developing engineering scope, schedule and budget estimates.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee technical aspects of transmission line AD proposals.
• Perform technical resource planning and workload forecasting.
• Lead efforts in risk identification and mitigation for AD projects.
