Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Senior Architect to interpret client goals and develop design concepts for medium to large projects. You will collaborate closely with the project architect and manager to plan, implement, and communicate design solutions that meet program, budget, and schedule requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 8 years of relevant experience, with advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Interprets client goals and programs; develops design concepts aligned with budget and schedule.
• Collaborates with project architect and project manager in planning and implementing work processes.
• Prepares work plans, estimates hours, and manages consultant teams while reviewing invoices.
• Acts as subject matter expert on large architectural projects; resolves design challenges.
• Develops and presents design concepts ensuring the solution aligns with program, budget, and schedule.
• Mentors other team members; performs other duties as assigned.
