Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in management consulting or financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of Transformation and Target Operating Models end-to-end.
• Knowledge of Digital Assets, Stablecoins, and Blockchain/DLT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and develop your skills in the financial services industry, particularly in Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, or Fintechs.
• Actively listen to client issues and needs to formulate accurate insights.
• Conduct rigorous research and analysis using client or external sources to clarify challenges.
• Formulate constructive, high-impact recommendations and proposals.
• Lead workshops and meetings to drive efficiency and results.
• Deliver high-quality outputs and support strategic plans.
