Job description

Intrinsic First is focused on improving leadership and workplace culture. Our work is grounded in the science of motivation: people do their best work when three basic needs are supported: choice, competency, and community. When people have a sense of ownership in their work, feel capable and grow in their skills, and experience real connection with others, both individuals and organizations perform at their best.

We partner with government organizations to strengthen both people and systems. We support critical mission operations that enable our government partners to deliver on their objectives. Internally, we practice what we teach. Our culture is built on trust, transparency, equity, balance, proactivity, growth, and fun. We take our work seriously, but we also believe that great work happens when people feel supported, respected, and able to contribute in meaningful ways.
