Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred. Completion of a military or civilian Instructor Training Course or equivalent.

Experience

8–10 years of progressive teaching or instructional experience, including 3–5 years in a senior instructor or lead trainer role. Prior leadership of military trauma training programs preferred. Special Operations Forces medic experience or extensive operational whole blood training experience strongly preferred.
