Job summary

INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula, Ohio seeks a Training Superintendent to oversee the Training and Development Programs at the Ashtabula Complex. This role leads development and implementation activities to ensure a competent, compliant, and high-performing workforce that supports safe, reliable plant operations.

You will manage the Training Department, own LMS strategy, coordinate trainers, and drive regulatory training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in training, learning and development
• 3+ years in a specialist field
• Knowledge of competency-based evaluations

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver site learning initiatives aligned to goals
• Oversee LMS strategy, reporting, and improvement
• Lead site Technical Trainers, SHE Trainer and LMS Administrator
• Ensure regulatory training requirements are met and audited
• Mentor training personnel and SMEs in material development and delivery
