Ardurra in Knoxville, TN seeks a Senior Traffic Engineer/Project Manager to lead traffic studies, signal design, ITS, and roadway lighting for local and DOT projects.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, communicate with clients, and ensure high-quality, context-sensitive transportation solutions.

Requirements include a Civil/Transportation degree, PE or PTOE preferred, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with Synchro, VISSIM, AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years of post-licensure experience in traffic and transportation engineering.
• Experience leading transportation projects and design teams.
• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering standards and software tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead traffic planning, design tasks and studies across multiple projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Oversee traffic control plans and bid packages for agencies.
• Perform traffic safety analyses and prepare technical reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff.
